Young People in DPRK Volunteer to Work in Difficult and Labor-Consuming Sectors
Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) -- A youth shock brigade was formed at the Mujindae Youth Coal Mine of the Kaechon Area Coal-Mining Complex amid the great enthusiasm of the young people for fully displaying the spirit of the patriotic youth in the van of the work to attain 12 major targets for national economic development.

70 young people in the city of Kaechon volunteered to do the most difficult and challenging job at the coal mine.

Among them are the young people who embarked on new life by working at the coal mine solely to dedicate themselves to the motherland.

A ceremony of organizing O Jung Hup Youth Shock Brigade consisting of those young people took place at the Mujindae Youth Coal Mine on February 7. And a flag was bestowed upon the shock brigade. A report and speeches were made at the ceremony.

Officials and employees of the complex presented bouquets to the young people and gave a pep talk to them.
