A performance was given by the art squad of the Central Committee of the Socialist Patriotic Youth League at the plaza of the Pyongyang Indoor Stadium.

In such numbers as a narrative poem and oungum solo and female chorus "Thinking of Journeys for Songun Leadership", the performers sang high praises of the undying feats of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il who provided origin of building the Juche-oriented army and developed the KPA into an invincible revolutionary army with their unique idea and extraordinary leadership.

The Workers' Art Group of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, the art squad of the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea and art squads of the women's union in Central District, Tongdaewon District and other districts gave performances in different parts of the city.

The performances given at the North Phyongan Provincial Art Theatre, the Chongjin Theatre and other places instilled into the hearts of the people the immutable faith that only victory and glory are in store for the DPRK as long as there are the reliable revolutionary armed forces which have grown into an invincible army under the care of the great brilliant commander.

Dancing parties of youth and students took place in provincial seats, cities and counties.
