Present there were Kim Tok Hun, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, and other senior officials of the Party, government and military.

Speeches were made there.

Speakers congratulated the activists who regard the assistance to the army as the greatest honour of life and family custom and always devote their pure civic conscience and patriotic sincerity to defending the country in ordinary or arduous days.

They said that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un specially invited the activists to the military parade to be specially recorded in the history of army building as the greatest political festival and showed great loving care and solicitude for them, being considerate of the efforts and feats of the activists who have devoted themselves to the great cause of building a wealthy country with a powerful army.

They noted that the excellent deeds of finding the worth and happiness in devoting themselves to the soldiers and national defence, well aware of the value of arms and the value of the country before anyone else, serve as an example of the noble patriotic spirit to be followed by everyone.
