Three-Revolution Team Members Tour Paektusan Area
Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- An expedition to the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu which is made up of three-revolution team members from all over the country toured the battle sites under the uplifted red flags which were held aloft by the first generation of revolution.

The expedition members visited Chongbong and Konchang bivouacs where the statues of President Kim Il Sung stand.

They looked round the bivouacs, being told about his undying feats in liberating the country.

At the Rimyongsu Revolutionary Site, they kept in mind again the feats of Chairman Kim Jong Il who started the study tour of revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu and added luster to the revolutionary tradition of Mt Paektu as an eternal foundation of our Party and revolution.

They also visited the Mupho Bivouac and the Mupho angling site. The President led the main force of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army and stayed overnight at the bivouac, where he advanced a militant task for advancing into the Taehongdan area. And at the angling site the Chairman matured his plan to accomplish the cause of modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism.

At the Taehongdan Revolutionary Battle Site they paid floral tribute to the statue of the President in front of the Monument to the Victorious Battle of Musan Area.

Being told about the battle in the Musan area which developed the overall Korean revolution into a new high stage and brought about a radical turn in bringing earlier Korea's liberation, they looked round the command post of the Battle of Taehongdan, etc.

During the expedition, they did colorful political and cultural activities.
