According to a decree of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, Kim Jong Il Youth Honor Prize was awarded to 20 primary (sub-primary) youth league committees and 27 youth league officials and members who have defended and glorified the idea on the youth movement of the peerlessly great persons and their leadership exploits, built the youth league organizations into the ranks of the young vanguard and set an example in the work of the youth league, socialist construction, study and organizational life.

And Kim Jong Il Children Honor Prize was awarded to 105 KCU members who set an example in study, organizational life, socio-political activities and good-conduct movement to prepare themselves to be true juvenile revolutionaries and patriots boundlessly loyal to the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un.
