In the message Nicolas Maduro Moros extended warm greetings, on behalf of the Venezuelan people and the Bolivarian Government and on his own behalf, to Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the 81st birth anniversary of Comrade Kim Jong Il, the eternal chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission and a military strategist.

On the occasion of the most important and significant day for all the Korean people, I reaffirm our steadfast will in the fatherland of Liberator Simon Bolivar and eternal Commander Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias to put the political trust and cooperative relations based on the principles of equality, respect and mutual benefit on a higher stage for more wonderful future of our two countries, he said.
