Present there were personages of political parties and social organizations, members of Juche idea study organizations and other people in Mexico.

Ramon Jimenez Lopez, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea and chairman of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, made a keynote speech at the seminar.

He said that Comrade Kim Jong Il clearly analyzed the limitations of the age of the revolutionary theories of the preceding working class and clarified the originality of the Juche idea.

The validity and vitality of the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and developed in depth by Chairman Kim Jong Il are still fully demonstrated and the zeal for learning from the great revolutionary idea is growing strong worldwide as the days go by, he said.

Then followed speeches.

Eleazar Aldaran, secretary general of the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism who is secretary general of the Latin American Institute of the Juche Idea, and other speakers praised Kim Jong Il's undying Party-building and Songun leadership exploits and his gigantic achievements for the socialist cause and the cause of independence against imperialism.

They also lauded the noble life of Kim Jong Il, who believed in the people as in Heaven and made ceaseless journey of devotion for the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people till the last moments of his life.
