The first secretary of the Khabarovsk Territorial Branch Committee and the first secretary of the Amur Regional Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the chairperson of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of "Russian Communists" and a department director of the Maritime Territorial Administration praised Kim Jong Il for leaving undying traces in the history of building a revolutionary party and making contributions to the accomplishment of the socialist cause, the cause of independence against imperialism and the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations.

The chairperson of the Blagobeshensk Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and the chairperson of the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Tynda City said that Kim Jong Il ceaselessly visited units of the Korean People's Army and all parts of the country in the unprecedentedly grave period of ordeals, adding that his heart was filled with the warmest and sincerest love for the country and the people. They noted that they came to know well about the extent and depth of his tireless leadership and why the Korean people miss him so much.

Congratulatory messages to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events held at the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Tynda City and a middle school in Khabarovsk City.
