Thanks to the noble intention of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) Central Committee to turn all the farm villages of the country into socialist ideal villages, modern houses appeared at farms in Wonsephyong-ri of Cholsan County, Samchong-ri of Sungho County, Taeun-ri of Usi County, Ryongam-ri of Ranam District and Pugo-dong of Chongam District in Chongjin City, Jadong-ri of Yonggwang County, Janghung-ri of Toksong County and Tami-ri of Taean District.

The new dwelling houses were designed in a diverse and unique way to sustain the peculiarities of the countryside and ensure modernity and architectural beauty, enabling the working people to enjoy socialist civilization to the full.

Those new villages embodying the WPK's people-first principle in architecture and its idea of rural construction in the new era are a precious fruition of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's devoted efforts and warm loving care for the people.

Ceremonies of moving into the new houses took place on the spots respectively.

Present there were officials of the Party and power organs in relevant provinces, cities and counties, builders, officials of units which contributed to the construction, and agricultural workers to live in the new houses.

At the ceremonies, congratulatory speeches were made and licenses for the use of the houses were conveyed. Then there were oath-taking speeches.

Speakers said with emotion that though there are many countries in the world, it is only in our socialist country that the state provides houses to the peasants free of charge.

They expressed their determination to repay the great benevolence of Kim Jong Un who puts forward the agricultural workers as the enjoyers of socialist civilization with high agricultural production results and well manage and spruce up the villages and workplaces.

With the start of moving into the new houses, cheerful dances were displayed.

Officials visited new houses to congratulate their owners.
