The management bureau has conducted motivational work in various forms and methods to arouse the working masses' mental power while giving precedence to the provision of materials, equipment and items for labor protection.

Its officials are intensifying the organizational work and technical guidance to ensure that the relevant units positively introduce the rational working methods suited to their specific conditions and geographical conditions.

The Phyongdok Mine Timber Production Station organized a socialist emulation drive between work-teams and ensured a full operation of equipment. And it boosted the loading capacities of vehicles so as to achieve great successes.

Taehung and Nyongwon mine timber production stations used their labor force rationally, made all the shifts cooperate well, and increased the proportion of work done by machines. As a result, they raised per-hour timber production and boosted the daily-plan fulfilling rate by over 10 per cent.

Similar successes are made by Pukchang and Sinyang mine timber production stations.
