Attending it were officials of the Foreign Ministry of Vietnam, the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association, the Lang Son Provincial People's Committee and the Lang Son provincial museum, the charge d'affaires ad interim and a member of the DPRK embassy in Vietnam, etc.

The participants laid floral baskets before the photo of President Kim Il Sung meeting with President Ho Chi Minh in the section arranged for displaying the historic mementoes related with Kim Jong Un's visit to Vietnam and paid tribute before going round the section.

Then followed a round-table talk.

The DPRK charge d'affaires referred to the historic significance of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un's official goodwill visit to Vietnam and introduced the successes made by the Korean people in the struggle to make this year a year of great turn and change under the guidance of the peerlessly great man.

Officials of the Vietnamese Foreign Ministry, the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association and the Lang Son Provincial People's Committee said that the relations between Vietnam and the DPRK were precious ones provided by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung and cultivated by the leaders of several generations.

The traditional relations between the two countries developed onto a new high stage through Kim Jong Un's visit to Vietnam, they said, adding that the historic mementoes displayed at the museum serve as precious treasures for the two countries.

They expressed their will to spruce up the museum and show it to many people and thus contribute to the development of the friendly relations between Vietnam and the DPRK.

They heartily hoped that the Korean people would register bigger successes in the cause of defending and building the country.
