The Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex has brought about innovation in the production of pig iron, steel and rolled steel by improving the supply of raw materials and the management of equipment, technical control and manpower while pushing ahead with the construction of an energy-saving oxygen heat blast furnace and the installation of a large oxygen separator.

Workers and technicians of the Musan Mining Complex have brought about a high result in the production of concentrated iron ore by thoroughly establishing a self-checking and self-repairing system and making all shifts cooperate well.
