Officials and working people in the province directed efforts to consolidating the material and technical foundations of tree nurseries and putting the production on a scientific and intensive basis of high level to secure tens of millions of saplings needed for spring tree planting.

Officials took necessary material and technical measures for securing raw materials for producing substrate and good species of seeds at tree nurseries after taking into account the forest situation, geographical features and production conditions in relevant areas.

Researchers of the provincial forest science institute developed effective bio-activators, which help accelerate the growth of saplings, and introduced them into reality, thus contributing to increasing the sapling yield per unit area of nurseries.
