North and South Hwanghae and Phyongan and other provincial Party organizations are theoretically intensifying the study of the historic conclusion made by the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un at the plenary meeting, while turning the study into the course of mobilizing the ideological power, mapping out plans and assigning tasks.
