President Kim Il Sung visited the Taedong and Mundok county Party committees in March Juche 62 (1973). Saying that it is an important task for the rural cultural revolution set forth by the Party to provide the peasants with cultured living conditions, he devoted his time to solving the issues of dwelling houses and water supply for the people,

The reporters said that the field guidance by the President marked an occasion in bringing about an epochal turn in the overall work for the agricultural development in the counties and rural housing construction, education, public health, land management and other regional development.
