Sowing of Spring Wheat and Barley Seeds at Full Swing in DPRK

| Pyongyang, March 12 (KCNA) -- Officials and working people in the agricultural field of the DPRK, who turned out to implement the resolution of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, are conducting the sowing of spring wheat and barely seeds in a sci-tech way. The Agricultural Commission and the provincial rural economy committees have intensified guidance and control to make sure that all farms sow spring wheat and barley seeds as specified in the technical guidelines, while taking steps to solve the problems arising in it such as supply of farming materials. The sowing of spring wheat and barley seeds is being pushed forward across the country. South Hwanghae and North Phyongan provinces finished the sowing of seeds in the shortest period. |
