The provincial Party committee has carried on the organizational and political work to reorganize the information and publicity forces and conduct lectures, explanatory talks, visual information and agitprop activities in various forms and methods.

It significantly organized a ceremony for dispatching information and publicity workers, true to the Party's idea that party information workers should be high-powered loudspeakers and immaculate amplifiers in arousing the masses to the implementation of the Party's policies.

At the end of the ceremony, many primary party information workers went down to farms to publicize the Party's policies and conduct agitprop activities with a determination to fulfill their duty in ensuring the successful attainment of the grain production goal.
