The festival organizing committee has pushed ahead with the work to spruce up the performance venues and fully ensure the performances and board and lodging of the participants as the participating organizations were chosen.

Those organizations which will participate in the festival have prepared the works reflecting the boundless yearning for President Kim Il Sung and ardent wishes for his immortality and diverse pieces reflecting the undying leadership exploits of the peerlessly great men associated with their residential areas and units and the surging fighting spirit of the Korean people out in the drive to implement the resolutions of the 6th and 7th plenary meetings of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The participants in the festival are making every effort to well perform colorful art works prepared with sincerity, displaying their creative enthusiasm and artistic talent.
