The Kwangryangman Salt Works organized an emulation drive for increased production, raised technical skill of workers and ensured full capacity operation of equipment, thus registering high output every day.

Kwisong and the Namyang salt works aroused workers to carry out daily and monthly plans, and encouraged innovators to perform feats.

In the Kumsong Salt Works, the Unha Salt Works and several other production units each worker and technician did the work of two or three people.

The Bureau has set a high goal of exceeding the record year production this year.
