| Pyongyang, April 7 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the DPRK, on April 5 sent a congratulatory message to Murat Abugaliyevich Nurtleu upon his appointment as deputy prime minister and foreign minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Kazakhstan would grow stronger, the message wished him success in his responsible work. |
