Spring Farming in Full Swing

Pyongyang, April 8 (KCNA) -- Spring farming is in full swing in the rural areas of South Phyongan Province of the DPRK seething with the implementation of the resolutions of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

The province has rationally deployed manpower and means on farms in order to push ahead with the work for increasing the fertility of soil and the preparations for sowing rice beds and seeding dry-field crops.

City and county agricultural guidance organs are intensifying field guidance to ensure that all farm work is done on the principle of planting the right crop on the right soil and the right crop in the right season while encouraging the masses through frontline-style political work.
