Metal Industrial Sector Strives to Send More Iron and Steel to Agricultural Sector

| Pyongyang, April 10 (KCNA) -- Officials and workers in the metal industrial sector of the DPRK are pushing ahead with the iron and steel production to be sent to agricultural sector, true to the resolutions of the 7th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. The Kim Chaek Iron and Steel Complex has increased the molten iron output by introducing advanced working method conducive to reducing the tapping period. The Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex has increased the production while fulfilling a plan on all indices. The Chollima Steel Complex is striving to send more iron and steel to the agricultural sector. Its officials, technicians and workers are carrying out their daily plans while solving knotty problems with their own wisdom and efforts. |
