Present at the festival on the theme of placing importance on science and technology and giving precedence to them are officials and workers of ministries, national institutions, scientific and educational institutions and industrial establishments.

The festival, divided into 31 panels including metal, chemical, electric power, coal and light industries and agriculture, was presented with valuable scientific research successes conducive to the economic construction and the improvement of people's living standard.
