The sacred revolutionary course covered in the new century of Juche awakens the Korean people more keenly to the great personality of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un creating the new history of Party and state development despite unprecedented hardship.

Thanks to his leadership, the ever-victorious history of our Party and state powerful with the ideas and august names of the great leaders will shine forever and the future of the Juche revolution will be victorious forever.

The idea and leadership of the respected General Secretary are a decisive guarantee for the development of our Party and state.

All the officials, Party members and other working people should firmly arm themselves with the ideas and policies set forth by the Party Central Committee and perfectly apply them to the Party building and activities and all aspects of state activities and public life under the slogan of imbuing the whole Party and society with the revolutionary idea of the respected General Secretary.

All the sectors and units should regard the leadership by the respected General Secretary as their lifeline and establish the strict revolutionary discipline and order to deal with any problems arising in the revolution and construction according to the decisions of the Party Central Committee.

We should never overlook the slightest element contrary to the idea and leadership of the Party Central Committee but wage a strict struggle so as to boost the purity and political and ideological might of the Party and the revolutionary ranks.
