In the message the Mongolian president extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the friendly Korean people on the occasion of the 111th birth anniversary of HE Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the DPRK.

Comrade Kim Il Sung, a close friend of the Mongolian people, provided a firm foundation for the present relations between the two countries, the message said.

Noting that this year is a historic year marking the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and the DPRK and the 35th anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Il Sung's visit to Mongolia, it said:

I extend warm congratulations to the Korean people who are significantly greeting the birth anniversary of the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung after making labor successes in the construction of modern houses in the capital city of Pyongyang, the Ryonpho Greenhouse Farm and other large-scale construction projects and infrastructure construction in accordance with the 5-year plan for national economic development set forth at the Eighth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea under the leadership of Your Excellency.

Mongolia attaches great importance to steadily developing the historic and traditional relations of friendship and cooperation with the DPRK.

I express belief that I would continue to cooperate with respected Your Excellency President in the work for expanding and developing the relations between the two countries, which stood the trials of history, in conformity with the desire and interests of the peoples of the two countries and contributing to the regional peace and prosperity.

I wish good health and happiness to respected Your Excellency President Kim Jong Un leading the important and responsible work for the prosperity of the DPRK, and to your family.

The message also wished Kim Jong Un success in his work and the diligent and sincere Korean people development and prosperity.
