The noble revolutionary career of President Kim Il Sung is the brilliant life of the most prominent leader and peerless patriot who performed undying exploits for the country and its people, the times and the revolution with his profound idea and theory, extraordinary leadership ability, great revolutionary practice and noble devotion to the people, the letter said.

The letter praised the President as the savior of national rebirth and father of Juche Korea who founded the immortal Juche idea and built a dignified socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence on the Korean land, going through the bloody anti-Japanese war, the untrodden path of building the party, state and army, clouds of the war and the arduous path of postwar reconstruction.

It noted:

We will always remember the warm loving care shown by the fatherly leader who guided the Chongryon and the movement of Koreans in Japan along the road of victory and glory step by step and bestowed all sorts of benevolence till the last moments of his life.

The Juche cause and the movement of Koreans in Japan, pioneered by the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung and steadily carried forward by the great Generalissimo Kim Jong Il, are now making steady progress century after century under the leadership of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.

We will regard the work of more thoroughly establishing the ideological system and leadership system of Juche within the organization as the core of Chongryon building and more clearly demonstrate its true nature as a dignified overseas citizens' organization of the DPRK to confidently put the overall patriotic work on a high-pitched track.
