The letter said that April 15, Juche 1 (1912) when the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung was born is the day of great fortune for the Korean nation when the brilliant sun of Juche rose for the first time in the history of the nation spanning 5,000 years and the day of historic event when the era of independence dawned on the road ahead of the world progressives.

The undying revolutionary exploits of Kim Il Sung who provided the eternal treasure of the revolutionary traditions for accomplishing the cause of Juche are shining forever along with the ranges of Mt Paektu, the majestic ancestral mountain, it stressed.

It noted that Kim Il Sung, who regarded it as his lifelong motto and theory to believe in the people as in Heaven and turned the seeds of happiness for the people and prosperity of posterity into rich fruits through his energetic leadership and great revolutionary practice, is the father of socialist Korea and peerlessly great elder statesman.

His glorious revolutionary history has been given steady continuity thanks to the noble loyalty and extraordinary leadership of the great Generalissimo Kim Jong Il who regarded it as his lifelong mission to carry forward and accomplish the revolutionary cause of Juche and is shining every year as the history of the sacred sun under the leadership of the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un, the greatest man in the world, the letter said.

The letter expressed the will to further consolidate the General Association of Koreans in China, a patriotic legacy of the great Generalissimos, into a steel-like organization firmly united around Kim Jong Un in ideology and purpose.
