The letter said that April 15, 1912 when President Kim Il Sung rose up as the sun of Juche was the day of great national historic fortune as it put an end to the history of national sufferings stained with sycophancy and disgrace and heralded the start of new Korea shining with independence and dignity, and the day of the world historic event when the dawn of the era of human independence was bright.

The undying great exploits performed by the President, peerlessly great sage, for the country, nation, era and history, braving the grimmest storm of revolution in the 20th century for more than 80 years will shine forever along with the victorious advance of Juche Korea, the letter noted.

The revolutionary cause of the President was firmly defended and more dynamically advanced thanks to the great Chairman of the National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il, the illustrious commander of Mt Paektu, and is now greeting a golden age under the wise guidance of the respected President of the State Affairs Kim Jong Un, another peerlessly great man, the letter added.

It praised Kim Jong Un as the greatest man and the great sun of the 21st century as he is leading the Juche revolution to a great upsurge and making the spring of happiness and prosperity of Kim Il Sung's nation and Kim Il Sung's Korea bloom forever, true to the intention of the preceding leaders with his noblest moral obligation.

We will commemorate the Day of the Sun, the birth anniversary of the President, as the day of great auspicious event common to the whole nation and mankind every year with the pride of holding the great President in high esteem as the sun of Juche, and remain single-mindedly loyal to Kim Jong Un who is most purely carrying forward the lineage of Mangyongdae and Paektu, the letter stressed.
