The province provided cities and counties with thousands of tons of multi-nutrients for rice seedlings. And its officials went to farms to help perfect all the irrigation systems and fulfill the water-drawing plan effectively in the light of the abnormal weather phenomena.

The sowing of rice seeds was finished ahead of schedule in Thaechon, Phihyon and Kujang counties.

Sinuiju City and Ryongchon, Sonchon and Pakchon counties have ensured the quality and speed of seed sowing.
