The letter said that at a time significantly greeting the 111th birth anniversary of the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung, the Chongryon Central Standing Committee received with emotion and pleasure a huge educational aid fund and stipends amounting to 267.3 million yen in Japanese currency sent by the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un for the democratic national education of the children of Koreans in Japan.

It noted that the precious money sent by Kim Jong Un gives great strength and courage to all Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan who are waging a dynamic struggle for the overall development of the movement of Koreans in Japan and for ushering in a new era of prosperity of Chongryon along with the Juche cause, and encourages their sacred patriotic movement.

The letter extended the highest glory and warmest thanks to Kim Jong Un who always remembered the children of Koreans in Japan and repeatedly showed his warm loving care for them though he is busy dealing a telling blow at the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces' ever-increasing moves for invading the DPRK and making a tireless journey for leadership at front line.

The letter stressed that good health of Kim Jong Un who is leading the advance of Chongryon into a new era of prosperity with his experienced and seasoned leadership is their unanimous desire and great happiness incomparable with anything in the world.
