The Pyongyang Grand Theatre, the East Pyongyang Grand Theatre and other places of the performances were filled with the desire of the Korean people to celebrate the Day of the Sun with a beautiful and cheerful world of music.

Among the audience were Choe Ryong Hae, Ri Pyong Chol, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and other senior officials of the Party and the government, officials concerned and Pyongyangites.

Put on the stages were colorful numbers including monumental hymns the Korean people have sung through generations and centuries.

The performers sang in high praises of the pride in the people being blessed with the illustrious leaders along with the spring of Mangyongdae where the sun of Juche rose up and the honor of the DPRK which will shine forever and the great fortune of the nation.

Put on the stages were famous songs of the times which highly praised the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is dynamically guiding Korean-style socialism, the greatest patriotic legacy of the President, to a new change and development.

Also put on the stages were numbers showing the ideological and spiritual world of the Korean people who are determined to bring our home of socialism which has been glorified generation after generation to higher level and those adding luster to the zeal of revolution and struggle of all the people who have turned out in the drive to attain the goal of this year's grain production.

The illusionary, common and functional juggleries also gave pleasure, optimism and laughter to the audience.

The performances were acclaimed by the audience.
