Present there were the general secretary and members of the alliance and personages of the Russian and Kazakhstan organizations for the study of the Juche idea.

The general secretary of the alliance praised Kim Il Sung as a peerlessly great man who founded the Juche idea centered on man and led the anti-Japanese armed struggle to victory to bring the Korean people the delight of liberation and as the great leader who founded the Workers' Party of Korea and built a socialist state, independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence.

He noted that the world people pay the highest tribute to the President who performed great exploits for the Korean revolution and the human cause of independence.

The chairman of the All-Russian Society for the Study and Dissemination of Kimilsungism, the chairwoman of the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union of Russia and the chairman of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said that they have read President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il's works on the Juche idea for decades, adding that the works serve as an immortal programme for making the country and people independent.

A congratulatory message to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
