| Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on April 19 sent a congratulatory message to Narayan Prakash Saud who was appointed as foreign minister of Nepal. The message expressed belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would be strengthened through close cooperation between the two foreign ministries. |
