Inscribed on the tablets are letters in Russian and Korean reading "Russia-DPRK Friendship House visited by Comrade Kim Il Sung, president of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on July 1, 1984 and July 6, 1988", "Russia-DPRK Friendship House visited by Comrade Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission, on August 18, 2001 and August 24, 2002" and "Russia-DPRK Friendship House visited by Comrade Kim Jong Un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the DPRK, on April 26, 2019".

An unveiling ceremony of the tablets took place on the spot on April 20 to mark the 111th birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung and the 4th anniversary of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un's historic visit to the Russian Federation.

Present there were a roving ambassador of the Russian Foreign Ministry who doubles as its representative in Vladivostok, officials of the Maritime Territorial Administration and Legislative Assembly, vice-mayors of Vladivostok and Artyom cities, personages of the Maritime Territorial Branch of the United Russia Party, the Far East Railway Bureau, the Maritime Territory Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Maritime Territorial Branch of the All-Russia War Veterans' Social Organization "Militant Fraternity", the Maritime Territorial Social Organization "Association for Friendship with Korea" and other personages concerned.

Present there were also the DPRK consul general and staff members of the mission in Vladivostok.

The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and photos of Kim Il Sung, Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un at the Russia-DPRK Friendship House, and made a bow.

Bouquets were laid before the tablets to honor the peerlessly great men newly displayed at the Russia-DPRK Friendship House.

Speeches were made at the unveiling ceremony.

The participants looked round the renovated friendship house.
