The provincial rural economy committee has acquainted itself with the growth of wheat and barley through officials concerned who went to cities and counties and taken appropriate agro-technical measures in time.

The Pakchon County Rural Economy Committee has urged farms to work out detailed plans for fertilizer application based on the characteristics of wheat and barley varieties and their leaf age and carried them out without fail.

Sonchon County is ensuring timely nutritional management of wheat and barley by conducting work and labor organization rationally in conformity with management of rice seedbeds and various farming work in spring.

The same is true of Cholsan, Unjon and other counties.
