The command staff of the Paektusan Hero Youth Shock Brigade shared advanced building methods, experience and technology through various mass movements, thus increasing the ranks of skilled workers and ensuring quality of construction.

The South Hamgyong Provincial Brigade continues to raise its number of skilled workers by putting forward exemplary units and members in various forms and methods.

Setting the Unsan County Battalion, which takes the lead in carrying out the construction assignment, as a model unit and conducting a mass movement to follow it, the North Phyongan Provincial Brigade improves the quality of construction while satisfactorily meeting technical requirements in every work process including steel rod processing, assembling and formwork.
