In response to the resolutions of the 7th Plenary Meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials and agricultural workers of the province have stepped up the production and transport of compost and the repair and maintenance of farm machines and ensured the seed disinfection and germination in a sci-tech way.

Farms in Hyesan City and Taehongdan, Kapsan and other counties are now speeding up the planting seed potatoes according to technical regulations.
