Modern rural houses have appeared in Songjong-ri of Phihyon County and Hoedok-ri of Changsong County, North Phyongan Province, Hyonnae-ri of Kumchon County, North Hwanghae Province, and Jangbang-ri of Haeju City and Madu-ri of Unchon County, South Hwanghae Province.

Those new houses with diverse styles and regional peculiarities help the agricultural workers enjoy socialist civilization in wonderful cultural villages.

There were ceremonies for moving into the new houses with attendance of officials of regional Party and power organs, builders, officials of the units which contributed to the construction and agricultural workers to move into those houses.

At the ceremonies, licenses for the use of houses were conveyed and speeches made.

The speakers expressed deep gratitude to the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un ushering in a new era of the development of the socialist countryside with his tireless leadership.

They hardened their resolve to firmly defend the socialist system centered on the popular masses with increased grain production, stressing that our agricultural workers are very happy as they have been offered free of charge such modern houses built at the state expense.

Amid the display of merry dances, officials congratulated the owners of the new houses, sharing happiness with them.
