The WPK is wisely leading these endeavors. This is aimed at training all the people to be genuine builders of socialism who are not yielding to any difficulties, and are not content with successes but are making uninterrupted innovations and progress.

It is the Party's intention that overall sectors should advance 10 meters, hand in hand, rather than a particular sector advances 100 meters ahead.
