Present there were Yun Chang Il, chairman of the Central Committee of the federation, teaching staff, graduates, new students and parents.

Addresses were made at the ceremonies to be followed by speeches.

Speakers noted that all students have cultivated their hope and realized their desire for learning to the full under the Workers' Party of Korea's policy of protecting the disabled.

They expressed their resolve to steadily improve the educational contents and methods, conditions and environment in conformity with the characteristics of the disabled and give themselves to the study.
