Efforts are made to send milk powder production equipment to the peripheral farms far away from the city and county townships and also to those factories and enterprises with their own nurseries and kindergartens.

Officials, technicians and workers in charge of the manufacture of the milk powder production equipment tackle technical problems with their own efforts.

The province then makes sure the equipment are installed and operated.

Measures are also taken to increase the number of goats, create more pasture and thus produce more milk powder.
