Ceremonies of moving into the new houses were held on the spots.

Present there were Kim Kwang Bok, secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Party Committee, Jong Thae Sop, vice-chairman of the provincial people's committee, officials of the Party and power organs of the province, cities and counties, builders, officials of units which contributed to the construction and agricultural workers moving into the new houses.

At the ceremonies, congratulatory speeches were made and licenses for the use of the houses conveyed to be followed by speeches.
