Present at the event held at Kim Il Sung Stadium were officials of the Athletics Association of the DPRK and coaches, instructors and students of the Amnokgang Sports Team, extracurricular juvenile sports school in Rangnang District, etc.

At the event, a speaker noted that the event would be a good occasion in inspiring the development of athletic techniques, saying that a number of people's athletes and merited athletes like Sin Kum Dan, a world record holder, and Jong Song Ok, a marathon queen, were produced under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Then followed an experience-sharing meeting related to the basic technical education of reserve athletes of young age.
