During the exhibition the participants exchanged their successes and experience gained in the course of their research and creation true to the Workers' Party of Korea's intention of creatively developing the country's industrial art from the Juche-oriented stand.

The designs of multi-functional construction machines, Korean costumes and other works were highly appreciated as they meet the tastes of the Korean people and retain their simplicity, concentration, symbolism and other characteristics of industrial art.

Present at the closing ceremony were Vice-Premier Ri Song Hak, officials concerned, officials in the field of industrial art, creators and others.

Diplomas, medals and certificates were awarded to units and creators who were highly appreciated at the exhibition.
