Officials of the Agricultural Commission and agricultural guidance organs in all provinces, cities and counties have made sure that all farms give a priority to tending rice seedbeds, watering and harrowing rice paddy fields and transplant rice seedlings according to their weather conditions.

Agricultural workers of the Chongsan Farm in Kangso District and Sokha Farm in Sinuiju City have taken the lead.

Those in South Hwanghae Province are transplanting rice seedlings while meeting the demands of the Juche farming methods.

The same is true of North and South Phyongan provinces and Nampho, Pyongyang and Kaesong cities.

Officials of the ministries and national institutions and helpers across the country have turned out in rice-transplanting, bearing in mind that they are responsible for this year's farming together with the agricultural workers.
