Noting that the entire Party, the whole country and all the people are rendering unprecedentedly strong support to the agricultural front busy with early crops farming and rice-transplanting, true to the call of the great Party, the article further says:

It is the idea of our Party at present that only when the grain production problem is solved satisfactorily, can the overall revitalization of the national economy be accelerated more dynamically to make the actual changes tangibly contributing to the people's living.

That is why our Party set it as the most important revolutionary task in the struggle of the present stage for the overall development of socialism to resolve the rural question and advanced powerful practical strategies. The WPK set it as the main objective of the Seventh Plenary Meeting of its Eighth Central Committee to successfully attain the grain production goal this year by mobilizing the entire Party, the whole country and all the people and lay a solid foundation for safely developing the country's agriculture free from crop failure in the coming few years.

When the Party is determined to do something, our people will do it unconditionally. It is the firm confidence and unshakable will of our people to attain this year's goal of grain production without fail, overcoming difficulties under wise leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un and the powerful leadership system existing in the whole Party and by dint of the great harmonious whole of the Party and the masses.
