Thanks to the efforts of agricultural officials and working people and helpers out in the campaign to attain the grain production goal for this year, rice seedlings have been transplanted on thousands of hectares of field every day and many farms in the province finished rice-transplanting.

Meanwhile, the province is boosting the enthusiasm for supporting the rural areas by launching information and motivation offensive.
