School Things Production Stepped up in DPRK

Pyongyang, June 8 (KCNA) -- Light industrial factories in the DPRK are stepping up the production of school uniforms, bags and other things. The Pyongyang Municipal Garment Industry Management Bureau and garment factories in North Hwanghae Province, Rason Municipality and other areas across the country are pushing ahead with the work for attaining the daily plans of producing summer school uniforms by ensuring the full-capacity operation of equipment. The garment production units under the Unha Trade Bureau and the Ponghwa Trade Bureau strive to ensure the highest quality of school uniforms. The production of summer school uniforms for girls in the third year of primary schools has been finished and supply began throughout the country. Meanwhile, the garment factories across the country carry out the work to remove the shortcomings of school uniforms and, at the same time, push ahead with the production of school uniforms for students in the first year of junior and senior middle schools. Bag factories across the country are producing bags for students in the third year of primary schools. The Pyongyang Bag Factory, the Phyongsong Bag Factory, the Sariwon Bag Factory and other bag factories are pushing ahead with the production as scheduled while making technical innovations for improving the quality of products and raising the processing speed. The Ryongbong School Things Factory and the Sonamu School Things Factory are striving to produce more quality school things. Regional industrial factories across the country, too, are boosting the production of school things. |
