The province provided more than 100 sets of milk powder production equipment in the first quarter of this year and manufactured tens of highly efficient spray-drying milk powder production equipment for cities and counties.

Goat farms and other farms in Thaechon, Sakju and Ryongchon counties and Sinuiju and Kusong cities have put the operation of milk powder production equipment on a normal basis.

Cholsan, Yomju and Sonchon counties and Jongju City set the proper size of milk powder production equipment to be installed in rural villages and generalized the experience of advanced units to lay material and technical foundations.

Meanwhile, the province is pushing ahead with the construction of new milk powder production buildings in relevant areas and the work to improve the production conditions and environment in a hygienic and cultured way.
