More than 260 units, including industrial establishments and farms, across the country have won the title this year while conducting mass sports activities, true to the Workers' Party of Korea's idea on making sports mass-based and part of daily life.

Officials of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, the Central Committee of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea and relevant units set goals for winning the title of Model Sports Unit and have made positive efforts to establish material and technical foundations and raise a strong wind of sports activities.
